14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Karl Parks Premium, email us at hello@karlparks.app within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full. No forms, no hassle.
Free trial
New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged, so there's nothing to refund. Billing only begins when the trial ends.
How refunds are processed
- Web purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- You can also manage or cancel your subscription using the link in any Paddle receipt email.
How to request a refund
Email hello@karlparks.app from the address on your account, or use the support link in your Paddle receipt. Let us know which charge you'd like refunded and we'll take care of it.
Purchases made in the iOS app
If you subscribed inside the Karl Parks iOS app, that purchase is billed by Apple and refunds are handled under Apple's refund policy rather than this one.
