Subscription Terms

Karl Parks offers an optional Premium subscription that unlocks the full app. Here's exactly how billing, the free trial, renewal, and cancellation work — in plain English.

Plans & pricing

• Karl Parks Premium — Monthly: $5.99 / month (USD)
• Karl Parks Premium — Yearly: $39.99 / year (USD) — roughly 44% off the monthly price.

Prices shown in the App Store and at checkout are authoritative and will reflect your local currency, applicable taxes, and any active promotion. Apple sets the regional pricing tiers; the equivalent in non-USD currencies is determined by Apple at the time of purchase.

What Premium unlocks

• Unlimited block lookups — the free tier is limited to 3 block detail views per day; Premium removes that cap.
• Full 168-hour time scrubber — see typical parking conditions for any hour of any day of the week.
• Push notifications for blocks you save, when they typically open up.
• Ad-free experience across the entire app.
• Priority support via hello@karlparks.app.

7-day free trial

New Premium subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You can use every Premium feature during the trial period. We'll notify you in-app before the trial ends.

• The trial is offered once per Apple ID. If you've previously trialed or subscribed to Karl Parks Premium, you may not be eligible for another free trial.
• You can cancel anytime during the trial at no charge. If you don't cancel, your selected plan will start billing automatically at the end of the trial.

Auto-renewal & billing

Karl Parks Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Specifically:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial if applicable).
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of your selected plan.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings (instructions below).
• We never see or store your credit card. All payment processing is handled by Apple.

How to manage or cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are managed entirely through your Apple ID — neither Karl Parks nor any third party can cancel on your behalf.

On iPhone or iPad:

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap Karl Parks.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription (if no Cancel button appears, the subscription is already cancelled and won't renew).

Alternatively, on any device you can go to the App Store, tap your profile icon, then tap Subscriptions and follow the same flow.

Cancellation timing

• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period you've already paid for.
• Cancelling during a free trial ends the trial immediately and you will not be charged.
• We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods. All refund requests are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy.

Changes to pricing or plans

If we change the price of a Premium plan, Apple will notify you and ask for your consent before charging the new price. Your existing subscription continues at its current price until the next renewal after the change takes effect.

Family Sharing

Karl Parks Premium does not currently support Family Sharing. Each Apple ID needs its own subscription.

Linked agreements

Use of Karl Parks Premium is also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By subscribing you agree to all three.
